We safeguard the absentee investor against the plethora of service providers and vendors, insuring the receipt of total value from the farm investment.

On behalf of our clients, Agriglobe contracts with local farming companies that perform the day to day on-site farming activities. Agriglobe prepares the Operating Plan and Budget, and then supervises the implementation of this annual plan. Variances from the budget plan are prevented by diligent control of finances.

All materials such as fertilizer and pesticides are purchased under the name of our client. As the client’s fiduciary, Agriglobe insures that mark-ups and profits are not tacked on by the farming company or other intermediaries.
